The Dr. Pillai Global Academy is a "maximum opportunities" learning environment, designed to impart education that empowers your child to pursue a globally challenging career. The focus will be on activity-oriented teaching and beyond the classroom methods.

An Awareness drive on Swine Flu conducted by students of the secondary section, Junior College and the IBDP students (as a part of their ongoing CAS activity).

While receiving whole hearted cooperation from the Municipal, Health and Police officials, they were highly appreciative of the enthusiasm shown and the initiative taken by these students.

Dr. Pillai Global Academy, Gorai being the first school, to not only bring about awareness, but also, help curb the spread of H1N1 virus, by promoting the practice of healthy living habits.

This was accomplished by well thought out messages over the mobile public address system, placards and leaflets.

This step taken by the students was appreciated and acknowledged by the community.

	On 8th January 2010, the inauguration of the Service activity 'Preventing Premature Death (Anti-Tobacco Awareness)', under the aegis of International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme's CAS (Creativity, Action, Service), was conducted at Dr. Pillai Global Academy, New Panvel.
Dr. Dharav Shah, Lecturer in psychiatry at BJ Medical College, Pune, inaugurated the anti-tobacco awareness programme by delivering an engaging and powerful talk on the topic of 'Preventing Premature Death due to Tobacco'. read more...
	On 24^th December 2009, the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) students,as part of their CAS (Creativity, Action, Service) visited the Raigad Zilla Parishad Kendra Shala, Sukhapur, and conducted a Personal Hygiene and Nutrition awareness session.
The session was enlivened by the students’ creativity and the enthusiasm of the children in the school.

Curriculum
